MOMENTUM3 - Management, control and monitoring of petabit networks featuring hybrid wavelength/mode/core multiplexing – Phase3

This research project is focused on Telemetry-enabled and AI-enabled Transport SDN controller for real-time monitoring and autonomic closed loops of WDM/SDM optical networks. It will consist on the joint research of the following topics:

• Multi-domain Multi-layer (SDM/WDM) Network Control and Orchestration
• Telemetry-enabled Transport SDN controller for real-time monitoring
• AI-enabled Transport SDN controller for autonomic control loops.
• Distributed AI-enabled SDN control (optional)
